Comments, mentions, and notifications

Keep conversation next to the work and loop in the right people.

Comments, mentions, and notifications

Conversation about a task belongs on the task, not scattered across email and chat. Comments keep that context attached to the work, permanently.

Commenting

Every task and project has a comment thread. Comments support basic formatting and file attachments, and stay with the task even if it's reassigned or its due date changes.

Mentions

Type @ followed by a name to mention a teammate. They get a notification and a direct link to the comment, so they don't have to hunt for what you're referring to.

Notification settings

Control what you're notified about, and how (in-app, email, or Slack if connected) from your personal notification settings. If notifications have stopped arriving altogether, see "Notifications aren't arriving."
