Connect QuickBooks for billing
Sync clients, invoices, and time entries so billable work flows straight into your books.

The QuickBooks integration keeps billable work and your books in sync, so approved time and invoices flow through without manual re-entry, and clients see invoice status inside their own Client Space automatically.
1. Connect QuickBooks
From Workspace Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks, click Connect and sign in to your QuickBooks account to authorize the connection.
2. Match clients
PYNGYN matches your existing PYNGYN clients to QuickBooks customers where the names line up, and lets you manually match anything that doesn't. New clients created in either system can be set to sync automatically.
3. Sync time and invoices
- Billable time entries logged in PYNGYN flow into QuickBooks for invoicing
- Invoices created in QuickBooks appear in the client's Client Space once sent
- Payment status updates flow back, so "paid" reflects reality on both sides
Standalone Client Space customers
If you use Client Space without Workspace, invoices you create directly in QuickBooks can still be shared into a client's portal, ask support to help you set this up.
