Encryption
Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. This applies to everything in your workspace and every Client Space, not just documents specifically marked sensitive.
Data isolation
Each Client Space is fully isolated. A client can only ever access their own engagement, never another client's data, and never your firm's internal Workspace unless you explicitly choose to share something specific.
Security posture
Our security program is SOC 2 aligned, and we maintain GDPR alignment for data handling. Key actions are logged in an audit trail.
AI and your data
Customer data is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent. AI-powered features process what's needed to generate a response and nothing more.
